“The Royal Maine Coon: A Cat Owner’s Creative Cardboard Throne for Her Feline Majesty”

Elly and Steve are the proud owners of Arthur, a 17-year-old Maine Coon cat, who they consider to be the head of the house. Elly recently shared on Reddit a magnificent cardboard bed that she made for her beloved cat. The inspiration for this unique bed came from the Iron Throne in Game of Thrones. When asked about how she came up with the idea, Elly explained that she saw a cardboard box and thought it would make a great bed for Arthur. After opening it, she realized that she could design a throne that perfectly reflected Arthur’s personality since they often referred to him as King Arthur.

The bed was a huge success, and Arthur absolutely loved it. The photos show him sitting proudly on his new throne, rubbing his face into the cardboard and embracing his new position as the furry Lord of the Seven Kingdoms. Elly and Steve put a lot of effort into this creation, and it’s heartening to know that Arthur appreciated it.

Arthur is a very important member of their family, and they feel lucky to still have him in their lives after all these years. The photos below show the making of the bed, and it’s clear that Elly and Steve are loving and caring parents who will do anything to make their furry friend happy.

“It all began with her admitting, ‘I was clueless about what I was getting into'”, she recollected.”
